Lyre’s is an Australian-born line of non-alcoholic spirits. The goal of the brand is really to replicate the taste of classic spirits such as whisky, tequila and gin, in a non-alcoholic format, each as close to the original premium volume spirit as possible. AVEC has been doing a ton of tastings pairing our mixers with their liquid.
And, with over 13 varieties, Lyre’s has something for everyone.
To start though, we paired a “gin” with our ginger for a take on a mule. And, then with the warm months of summer were inspired to create a tropical treat with Lyre’s White Cane.

avec Grapefruit Pomelo
Fill your favorite glass with ice. Add 1.5 to 2 ounces of Lyre's and top with AVEC. Stir. Add a squeeze of citrus and garnish.
