How much spirit do I mix with AVEC?

An AVEC can is meant to be a single serve. Pour two shots (2oz) of your favorite spirit into your glass - add AVEC to taste and enjoy. 

Do I have to refrigerate?

No! BUT - for taste purposes you should refrigerate before use because this will ensure maximum carbonation.

How long does AVEC last?

AVEC has a shelf life of a year. We use all natural ingredients and real juice but we pasteurise so the goodness remains fresh! Please store in a cool, dry area.

Can I make a special order?

We love being part of special things. From a party just because, a big birthday celebration, a business event or a wedding, shoot us an email at cheers@avecdrinks.com so we can make your wishes come true!

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.  Shipments leave from NY and transit time will vary based on your distance from our warehouse. 

I need it by a specific date! Can I get it sooner?

We want to make sure things get to you. If you have a special occasion or need AVEC by a certain date shoot us a note at cheers@avecdrinks.com and we will do our best to make it special. We currently don't offer expedited shipping. 

How do I track my order? What if it has gone missing?
You will get an email with tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If there are any issues, please email cheers@avecdrinks.com

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the US. Order requests outside of those countries are handled on a case by case basis — e-mail your request to cheers@avecdrinks.com

Damages & Returns

What if some cans in my order are damaged? 
Email cheers@avecdrinks.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will either ship you new cans or issue a credit.

Whats your return policy?
If you're not a fan of our products, just let us know at cheers@avecdrinks.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund.
