What is AVEC?
AVEC is a better-for-you mixer. Each flavor of AVEC is less than 5 grams of sugar and 20 calories or less. There is NO alcohol in the can of AVEC. AVEC is meant to be mixed with a spirit or enjoyed alone.
Does AVEC have alcohol in it?
No. There is no alcohol in AVEC. AVEC is a non-alcoholic mixer, so you can either add it to your spirit of choice of choice or drink it alone.
How much spirit do I mix with AVEC?
An AVEC can is meant to be a single serve. Pour a shot (2oz) of your favorite spirit into your glass over ice - add AVEC to taste and enjoy.
Do I have to refrigerate?
No! BUT, for taste purposes, you should refrigerate before use because this will ensure maximum carbonation.
How long does AVEC last?
AVEC has a shelf life of a year. We use all natural ingredients and real juice but we pasteurize so the goodness remains fresh! Please store in a cool, dry area.
Can I make a special order?
We love being part of special things. From a party just because, a big birthday celebration, a business event or a wedding, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make your wishes come true!
When will my order ship?
Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email. Shipments leave from NY and transit time will vary based on your distance from our warehouse.
I need it by a specific date! Can I get it sooner?
We want to make sure things get to you. If you have a special occasion or need AVEC by a certain date shoot us a note at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it special. We currently don't offer expedited shipping.
How do I track my order? What if it has gone missing?
You will get an email with tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If there are any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship within the US. Order requests outside of those countries are handled on a case by case basis — e-mail your request to email@example.com
What if some cans in my order are damaged?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will either ship you new cans or issue a credit.
What's your return policy?
If you're not a fan of our products, just let us know at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund.
