Seedlip is the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirit.
Started in the UK, it was first sold at Selfridges (think of it sort of like Bloomingdale's). The bottles are beautiful -- dare we say f--king gorgeous so it's not surprise tha Seedlip's first 1000 bottles sold out in 3 weeks it was clear there was demand. There are three flavours of Seedlip, and, interestingly the numbers and illustrations on the bottle have tons of meaning which were fun to pair avec.

Our suggestions
Seedlip Garden 108 avec Yuzu & Lime
On average, from the day they're sown, Peas take 108 days to grow and mature enough to be harvested. Well peas are peas, because Yuzu takes 10 years to harvest fruit. 10.Years. are in our mix.
Seedlip Grove 42 avec Ginger
Fun fact: Although Oranges have been grown in the Far East for thousands of years, it wasn’t till 1542 that the fruit made its way into Europe, and the colour orange first got its name. Seedlip Grove hasOrange, Lemon Peel, Lemongrass and Ginger so we doubled up on that Ginger vibe.
Seedlip Spice 94 avec Grapefruit & Pomelo
1494 was the year European explorers came across Allspice berries growing in Jamaica. With Dee, AVEC cofounder being as spicy as she is Jamaican we paired this with our Grapefruit & Pomelo -- lets just say the vanilla in that recipe calms this one down.
