1.75 oz Wilderton Bittersweet Apertivo

.25 oz Thyme & Lime Zest Simple

2 Dashes Fee Brothers

Toasted Almond Bitters

Avec Hibiscus and Pomegranate

Crushed Almond & Hibiscus Rim, Lime Wheel, for garnish

Rim/paint hibsicus and almond garnish on a Collins glass. Add an ice spear to a Collins glass. Combine Wilderton, Simple Syrup, and bitters in glass. Using a barspoon, carefully pour Avec Hibiscus and Cranberry down the barspoon into the glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!


Thyme & Lime Zest Simple Syrup

  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • Leaves of 1 Thyme Sprig
  • 100g Organic Cane Sugar
  • 50g Hot Water

Combine ingredients and stir. Let steep for 5 minutes. Double strain and store in a covered container.

1.5 oz Wilderton Earthen
.75 oz Charred Lemon Juice
.5 oz Wildflower Pumpkin Seed Orgeat (regular wildflower honey simple can be used as substitute)
2 Dashes Floral Bitters
AVEC Ginger
Edible Flower, for garnish


Combine ingredients sans AVEC in a cocktail tin. Add ice. Quick hard shake. Double strain into a stemmed wine glass over freshly cracked ice. Garnish and enjoy!


Wildflower Pumpkin Seed Orgeat

  •  75g Raw Unsalted Pumpkin Seed
  • 100g Wildflower Honey
  • 200g Hot Water
  • 2 Dashes Orange Flower Water
  • 1 Pinch of Sea Salt


 Step 1: Measure 75g of raw unsalted pumpkin seeds, and toast. 

Step 2: In a blender, combine the toasted almonds with 200g hot water and 100g of wildflower honey. Add 2 dashes orange flower water and a pinch of salt. Blend well until uniformly smooth. 

Step 3: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth (optional), then bottle for use.
